This beautiful rental is located on the green slopes of Haleakala in peaceful Haiku, just 20 minutes from the Kahului airport. Ideal for WINDSURFERS. Located near Paia and endless windsurfing, this rental provides great access to one of the most popular spots on Maui for windsurfing. Provides visitors with quiet and peace that is Maui. Located on the other side of the island away from the tourist crowds in upcountry Maui on the "Road to Hana".

Rate is $65/night

1 week minimum stay. Non-smokers only- this is a lovely and meticulously clean accommodation.

A wing of this modern, plantation-style home is set aside as a large, self-contained rental suite, furnished with American oak antiques and touches of Hawaiiana. The rate for the suite is $65 per night, single or double. This house is set in an extensive garden on a two-acre lot, in the peaceful, rolling countryside of Maui's Upcountry, only 20-minutes from the airport. Stretching along the western slopes of Haleakala, the Upcountry includes ranches, small towns, winding backroads, eucalyptus groves, and spectacular views of the West Maui mountains and coastlines below.

This is a 7-minute drive from the cowboy town of Makawao, where you will find restaurants, grocery stores, galleries and shops. It's a 15-minute drive through the pineapple and sugar cane fields to the town of Paia and un-crowded North Shore beaches. Windsurfers: it's just 10 minutes to the famous Ho'okipa Beach Park, and 25 minutes to Kanaha Beach Park. The suite is available for rent on a weekly basis. It has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, private en suite bathroom, well-equipped kitchenette, telephone, and television and opens onto a covered 8' x 35' lanai with tables, chairs, and a gas grill. There are screened windows on three sides, providing lush garden, Haleakala and North Shore ocean views.

The suite is very clean; fresh towels are supplied daily. Beach towels, beach chairs, and picnic chests are provided. Ample parking is located adjacent to the rental wing, and facilities are available for washing off board sailing gear.

For the comfort of all the guests, this property is non-smoking.
