This Zagato-bodied roadster has had many notable achievements since its first at the Olympia Show Car in 1934. The supercharged straight-eight Dolomite was the greatest race car Triumph ever built. The Dolomite 8 was introduced in October 1934 and was the climax of three men's dreams: Donald Healey, Tommy Wisdom and Sir Claud Holbrook. Three cars and six engines were the total production of these magnificent machines. |
