Peanut Butter Blossoms

(recipe from the collection of Nina Williams)

1 pkg Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookies mix

Miniature Peanut Butter Cups candy

Directions:

Follow directions on cookies mix package.

Press mixture onto sides and bottom of a mini muffin

pan creating a cup shape. Bake about 8 minutes or until

golden brown. Remove from oven, let set 1 minute.

Press a small unwrapped Peanut Butter Cup into the

center of each cookie. Let set until cool. Remove from pan.

Makes approximately 30 cookies.
