Orange and White Cookies

(Taken from Lookie! Lookies! It’s Gonna Be A Cookie! Cookbook)

1 orange cake mix

1 stick butter, softened

2 eggs

2Tbs. Water

1 ½ cups white chips

(like chocolate chips, but white)

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Place first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Mix with electric mixer until well mixed.
3. Add white chips. Mix well.
4. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons 2” apart onto greased baking sheet.
5. Bake 11 to 13 minutes.
6. Cool 3 minutes on baking sheet. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

Makes 3 ½ dozen cookies.
