CAULIFLOWER SALAD

1 head lettuce, chopped fine

1 head cauliflower, chopped fine

1 pound bacon, fried crispy

 1 cup Best Food’s Mayo

 1/3 cup white sugar

¼ cup red onion, chopped fine

  

Mix together mayo & sugar, set aside.

 Evenly layer ½ of lettuce on bottom,

 cover with even layer of ½ of cauliflower and onion.

Repeat layers.

Spread over top mayo/sugar mixture.

Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Sprinkle with crumpled bacon before serving.
