Jones Osborn;  career:  Grew up in coal mining community in Ind. (Southern);  worked in mines during youthful school days;  saw service in France with 6th Div. during World War;  entered newspaper work soon after discharge and has been in same work ever since;  became pub. of Yuma Daily Sun and Arizona Sentinel (a combined paper), on Dec. 1, 1935;  Affil.: Kiwanian, V.F.W., Amer.
